2. Applicability

These terms and conditions govern all offers, orders, and agreements between Daily Green Forex FZE, Daily Green Forex B.V., and its customers. By using our services, you confirm your agreement to these terms.

Updates to these terms will be communicated via email or the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after this notice constitutes agreement to the updated terms.

3. Services

Daily Green Forex FZE provides an educational platform and community for beginner and advanced traders. Our services include:

• Online educational programs

• Live coaching (group and individual)

• Virtual and physical trading desks

• Mindset training and related tools

Conditions:

Users must be of legal working age in their country of residence. Some services may involve additional fees, which will be communicated in advance.

4. Pricing

• All prices are in euros and exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

• Prices may vary depending on regional tax regulations or applicable fees.

• We reserve the right to adjust prices. Changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

Refunds or partial refunds may be provided for unused services at our discretion, subject to applicable laws.

5. Payment

Payment Terms:

Customers must pay the full amount upfront before accessing the services. Alternatively, if a payment plan is offered and agreed upon, customers will gain full access upon payment of the first installment. In such cases, customers are legally obligated to complete all agreed-upon payments under any circumstance.

Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, iDEAL, and bank transfers.

Late Payments: Accounts with payments overdue by more than seven (7) days will incur a penalty fee of 10%, under applicable Dubai law. Reactivation fees may also apply.

6. Delivery and Execution

Delivery Timeframe: Customers will receive access to their online environment within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

Delivery Method: Services are delivered online via the platform unless otherwise stated.

7. Cancellation and Right of Withdrawal

Cancellation Policy: Subscriptions may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle. All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

Refunds: Partial refunds may be offered for unused services based on the duration of usage.

Right of Withdrawal: Due to the digital nature of our services, withdrawal rights under applicable consumer protection laws may not apply.

8. Success Guarantee

This section applies specifically to services that include a success guarantee, such as the 100K 6-Month Coaching Program.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Participants must meet all outlined requirements, including completing all training modules, attending all coaching calls, and fulfilling all financial obligations (e.g., exam fees).

2. Participants who meet all conditions but fail to secure the stated outcome (e.g., €100K funding) are eligible for a full refund of the program cost.

3. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the program’s end date.

4. No refunds will be issued if the participant does not comply with the outlined conditions.

9. Liability

Risk Disclosure: Trading carries significant risk, including the potential loss of part or all of your capital. Daily Green Forex FZE and Daily Green Forex B.V. provide educational tools and do not offer financial advice.

Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for trading losses, technical issues, or errors in educational materials.

Platform Downtime: We are not responsible for damages caused by temporary interruptions to the platform.

11. Complaints Procedure

How to Submit Complaints: Send complaints via email to support@dailygreenforex.com with detailed information about the issue.

Response Time: We aim to respond within 48 hours and resolve complaints within ten (10) business days.

12. Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms are governed exclusively by Dubai law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms will be resolved in the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

13. Changes to Terms

Daily Green Forex FZE reserves the right to amend these terms.
